This mod replaces the default outfit with the Neco Arc skin.

I don't plan on updating this mod, don't ask me to update it.

Tutorial on how to use mods:
1. Subscribe to the mod
2. Wait for it to download
3. Go into the game
4. Go to the very bottom of gameplay settings and enable mod interface
5. Start a new run and enable the mod
