Functional Paper & Mail System

This Addon aims to bring a more literate perspective to gmod with writable paper!
Write on some paper, use different fonts and colours as you wish!
File them away in a folder, or give them to another player!

Write a letter then send it off!
You can write letters to anyone who whitelists you!
You dont have to be on the same server, and your recipient doesnt even have to be online!


Writable paper!
You get a UI in which you can choose a title, write text, choose colours and fonts.
The chosen colour/font will be inserted at your current carat position.
You can save or even finalize your letter, after which it can no longer be edited.
Saveable!

Neatly Organize your letters in folders, and name them!
Name displayed on the side.
Saveable! With all its content!

Here you can create your Mail Account, send and receive mail.
You also edit your whitelist here.

Inbox:
Right click on a file to delete/move it.
Click on "Create folder" to create a new folder, empty folders will get deleted.

Outgoing:
After you put a letter into the mailbox, this option will activate.
Here you can change the title, add a recipient and send your mail!
Errors -> 401 Rule forbidden: The recipient has not whitelisted you.

Issues
My mailbox says (online) but the whitelist button is greyed out
-Retry, you mightve been rate limited. Otherwise:
->You couldnt be verified, your account is likely broken, run nsaos_delete_user in the console
->Your old account name will be locked for 1 month*.
*unless your account was deleted due to inactivity, then you can reclaim it immediately**.
**in this case your mail is lost.

To make it possible to send mail while people are not even online, or on different servers, nucondria uses its own server.
To create an account use the mailbox the first time.
No data or info about you is saved or aquired.
Letters are encrypted in transit only, they are stored unencrypted on the server.
There is no profanity filter or any kind of censoring.
Unused accounts will be deleted after 1 month.

Theres an ingame Voting system!
Suggest ANYTHING! (as long as its not crude, offensive, violates TOS, or undermines the addons development)*
*Be creative, i might even accept renaming the addon itsself.

Community Stage
Open your newspaper, click on community vote and add your suggestion!
You may only have 1 suggestion at a time on the community vote stage.
once your suggestion has been approved or disapproved by other community members, it will move onto the next stage or be removed

Council Stage
Your Suggestion will now be voted on by the council. it needs a majority to pass onto the next stage, or it will be deleted

Developer Stage
Here suggestions pool for me to approve or disapprove.

Development stage
Congrats! your suggestion is now in development!
in rare cases, if development fails, it will be removed here

Archive
Here your suggestion is archived after completion.

Add yourself as a candidate! give yourself a description, everyone will be able to see this.
When elections are open, you can enter your votes in the Election tab.
Elections are carried out by Single Transferable Vote.


Council seat count may vary.
Elections start and conclude at my discretion, elections are not rigged.
Suggestions that do not get approved or disapproved on the community stage will be deleted.
Required Community vote count may vary.
Unused accounts will be deleted after 1 month.
Mail will be deleted after 3 months.
