Old Artstyle German Generals

I don't like the new artstyle so I recolorized the more recent german generals portraits to match the old artstyle as much as possible.

The last update adds the re-colorized portraits of the four Austrian generals you gain when annexing Austria via the Anschluss.

Ritter von Thoma and von Luck have also been added because they are in vanilla hoi4 (but as Turkish generals which makes no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sens so you get to have them when playing as Germany now).
