Shader Damage Effects

I thought a few of the shaders I ported to GMod could work well as damage feedback for the player. Makes getting hit feel more impactful.

All the effects have their own settings in Options>Shader Damage Options.

This also serves as an example for how Lua addon devs could use the shaders in code. Feel free to extract the addon and learn from the code.

More effects may be added in the future.

Radial Chromatic Aberration
Radial Blur
High Damage Fullscreen Blur
Low HP Veins Overlay (pulses according to the heartbeat sound's volume)
