EaW: Mangifera Invicta

Enhances Equestria at War's 'Equestrian Civil War' event by increasing the balkanization; adds several (at least 3 or 4 dozen) new possible breakaway nations, as well as little additions to some existing countries.

This mod is still in development (and will probably never be finished), but after 3 years of closed development I am releasing it to the public in a somewhat playable state so people other than me may enjoy it.

Due to the sheer amount of tags added, content is spread somewhat thin, but I hope to alleviate this over time. There are also varying levels of seriousness and canonicity, with a few countries brushing up against the fourth wall or even breaching it entirely (this is a strange mod which aims to not take itself too seriously, though vanilla EaW is also like that to an extent as well)
