Extinguishing Water (Extended Filter)

The extinguishing water addon made by GaussTheWizard, but with a filter that allows for more props to be filtered out from being extinguished instead of just being the oil barrel.
This was done because Gauss had stated that they wouldn't update the addon and I wanted more props to be filtered in it.

(This WILL conflict with the original. Use only one of them, not both.)

• extwater_enabled (0/1 | Default: 1) - Water on the map will put out burning objects.
  
• extwater_sound (0/1 | Default: 0) - Enable the "fwoosh" sound when an object gets put out.
  
• [NEW] extwater_filter (0/1 | Default: 1) - Filter out some props (like oil barrels) from being extinguished. Recommended for this to be on for HL2 Campaign.
  
• [NEW] extwater_onlyplayers (0/1 | Default: 0) - Completely filter out everything from being extinguished except for players.
  
• [NEW] extwater_onlyplayers_npcs (0/1 | Default: 1) - Allow NPCs to be extinguished as well with extwater_onlyplayers enabled.
