For my 300th item, I created a model of a steel mill based on real buildings located mostly in Dąbrowa Górnicza (Huta Katowice), Poland. Employs 1500 workers. Requires 1125 t of coal and 600 t of iron and produces 129 t of steel per day when fully staffed (slightly more productive than the vanilla one because of its size).

Na mój 300. przedmiot stworzyłem model huty luźno wzorowany na prawdziwych budynkach w Dąbrowie Górniczej (Huta Katowice). Zatrudnia 1500 pracowników. Wymaga 1125 t węgla, 2,8 t drewna, 600 t żelaza i produkuje 129 t stali na dzień przy pełnej obsadzie (nieco wydajniejsza od domyślnej ze względu na wielkość).

This is a question for the game creators. I want to keep my buildings in line with the default buildings. Increasing the efficiency so greatly without changing the market prices of iron would make this building a cheat mod compared to the vanilla steel mill.

i just wondering where all iron goes? If we making stell from enriched iron ore, that mean that from 600 we can get almost 500 tonns of steel, if not, where all this wastes? Asking this, because in my city working steel mill and its rate more like 90-95% of enriched iron ore in steel.
