Combine Camera Fix

Changes the camera's red light to a neutral white one to work better with its colored lensflare sprites.

Not a huge difference given the size and distance of the cameras ingame (and that they almost always use the correct red sprite when close enough anyway) but a few people suggested it in the comments of my button mod so I figured it was worth the small amount of effort to fix.

4x upscaled and leak textures versions also available.
