Neutral Combine Lock

Changes the lock's orange light to a neutral white to work better with its colored "activated" sprites. Also restores the higher-res texture from the original 2004 build of the game.

I don't consider this an "objective" fix like my button and camera mods, as the locks use their sprites much more infrequently compared to those two and the orange generally fits better across more of the game; either way, it's here as an option. Suggested by several people in the comments of my button mod.
