this mod should work as long as they dont make any big changes to the blood system / filepath

Definitely the best "Better Blood" imo it just looks so much cleaner than some of the other "better blood" addons. Though I haven't done a lot of searching yet.

uhhh vehicle textures are unchanged from vanilla, might remove them sometime soon
