Makes edits on d3_citadel_01 and d3_breen_01 for the propoholic runs!

Edits d3_citadel_01 and d3_breen_01 to have custom events when you bring a certain prop in them. The current events:
d3_citadel_01
- Purple hat, if you bring it near the pod ride, it will dissapear and in the ending, gman will wear it.
- Pizza, if you bring near the pod ride, a pizza truck that comes for the pizza wil appear.
- Dog's ball, if you bring it near the pod ride, it will dissapear and later appear in the ending
d3_breen_01
- Purple hat, makes the gman wear the hat if you brought it to d3_citadel_01.
- Dog's ball, it will appear in the credits.
- Pizza, it will appear on Breen's desk and also pizza will rain in the ending if you brought it to d3_citadel_05.
