The floating flesh enemies that shoot big red tears that spread creep are not only immune to damage, isaacs tears dont even come into contact with them. The black horned enemies that open their mouths can be hit, but are invulnerable. ?????????

How can I save my progress in this mod? At first, I thought it was because I didn't have Repentogon, but installing it didn't change anything. My mod progress is erased every time I exit the game:isaac:

This mod have a weird bug with the item pools, i saw the same items over 10 runs

when i desactivated this, my item pools are not the same anymore
