Requires Civ IV Leader Traits in Civ V.

Adds Civ IV traits to most pony civs you can find on the steam workshop. Avoid using other trait mods that affect the same leaders to prevent issues.

@Uey Mazatl I intended to, but unfortunately the people who made these older MLP civ mods have infamously amalgamated their XML files with those of existing vanilla civs, causing issues for anything that builds on top of them.

But if one day me or anyone else remakes that civ it'll be easy to make it compatible with this mod, so there's that.
