Ra & Horus skin colour swap

this mod also fixed dwarfed Horus in the god list, recolour his crown to red & white (a proper Pschent);
and makes Ra appears in Ramesses' loading screen;
now Ra has tanned skin, Horus has blue skin.

in historical wall paintings, both gods occasionally have blue skin.
if i have to allocate blue skin to one of the two eagle gods for easier distinguish;
then i would let Horus have blue skin, as Horus is more associated with the sky;
Ra has tanned skin as Ra is more associated with the sun.
