Majestic 12 Special Operations, replaces the Elites.

Resistance Journal entry #???: "Majestic 12, we don't see these guys around a lot. These guys are for sure special operations of sorts. Encounters have usually only occurred in raids of resistance R&D sectors. Their operational history seems to indicate that they worked in hand in hand with the Alien occupiers. Often seen guarding high-value R&D sites and of course the Citadel. From what we've seen on the field, MJ-12 troopers seem to outrank UNATCO Forces and are often seen giving orders as a superior. These guys are very well trained and are just as fanatical; this makes them extremely dangerous."

Majestic 12 these guys I can see as the dangeous black ops of the combine earth police military forces. the fact they are fanatical yeah i can imagine they are dangerous knowing they are ruthless and brutal and no doubt trained well and better then the rebels are. No doubt they are hand picked by Dr Breen for there unwavering loyalty to defending humanity and to the combine benefactors on account there fanaticalism.
