Split Heavy Machine Gun

Adds weapons and turrets that can be used by the Split races.

Available in small weapons, medium weapons, medium turrets, and large turrets.

In terms of performance, it has a slightly long range, high single-shot power, a slightly slower rate of fire, and fast projectile speed, but poor accuracy.
Its instantaneous firepower is somewhere between the Neutron Gatling and the Tau Accelerator, but since it heats up quickly and cools slowly, its sustained firepower is low.
The price range and materials are the same as the Plasma Cannon.
It is easier to use when combined with other weapons that can cover long-term overheating.
