Extracted Palette Prisonguards (PORT)

A fairly lazy port, (as all ports are tbh) I just saw that this wasn't on the Gmod workshop yet so I decided to take matters into my own hands.

Original description:

Done roughly around the same time as the Elite. Initially, this was going to be done within the same style as my Pre-Release Elite in terms of scrubbing off some coloration and logos but upon closer inspection, I noticed something I never heard talked about before: Different colors underneath that weren't fully covered up. So it morphed into what I'm calling the "Extracted Palette." My speculation is that they were trying to achieve a goal of a unqiue soldier design that would be more visible in darker maps.

• New retexture based off surviving color elements underneath
  
• Uses bits and parts from the Pre-Release Combine Soldier
  
• Replaces Shotgunner variant with identical prisonguard
