Based on & inspired by the Wasteland Rebel line of skins from CS2!

Adjusted the theming to better fit the time period and aesthetics of TF2 with a blackboard / skateboard aesthetic.
Still retains the colour scheme and composition from the source material.

All custom work, graphics in white are hand drawn.
