Remove NVGs from Helmets

This mod allows the removal of Night Vision Goggles that have been combined with helmets using mistral's "Combine NVGs with Helmets" mod.

Only the three standard helmets (Light, Kevlar, and Heavy) are supported. Quest helmets and standard helmets that have been combined with Weave Padding or Kompositum-58 cannot be combined with NVGs.

(This mod is NOT compatible with Lucjan's "More Armors" mod and any others that also allow combining of NVGs with helmets.)

Removing NVGs requires a Wirecutter and the same high level of mechanical skill (80) as the "Combine NVGs with Helmets" mod requires. Each subsequent use will slightly degrade the condition of the wirecutter and the NVGs by 2%.
