In a weird way UNato coming becoming a military makes sense combining all pre earth militaries into one. and to them the rebels are a terror organization that would doom humanity if they dont stop resisting. UNATCO is FAIR, JUST, and protects the individual liberties of all the citizens of the world. I Imagine of course the reailty is there not fair nor just there just another brute force to do the combine dirty work
