Oh, it doesn't actually replace the flavor NPC encounters with fights or anything. They just don't get generated. The amounts of everything else remain the same.

It just blocks the static dialogue NPCs in Far Shore from spawning. If another mod adds those kind of NPCs into other areas it'll prevent them from spawning as well.
Bronzo, free party members, and anything else effecting gameplay is left alone.
The only time this might not be the case is if another modder implements something incorrectly.

Question, How does this affect the game? Does it just remove the couple NPC's in Far Shore that have static dialogue, or does it affect other NPC's like Bronzo, Extra party member encounters, and other mods?

Admo was weak.

This mod SUCKS because it removes my favourite character, Admo!!! How could you??? Please reconsider.

I know you don't have to talk to them every time and wasn't really trying to imply that. My point is that there's no reason to click on them once you've heard it so you're just waiting for the world to turn and Bosch to pop. Wasting time.

I mean, i could see the use case
but the mods advertising seems to believe that you have to talk to the npcs to progress rather then just... clicking to the next place?

Not installing. I could never do this to Admo......
