Alien Ruler Rebalance

An edit to Uniter of the Elements's Cloned Alien Rulers to be less spongey to allow better integration with early game.

Reduced HP and Armor of all clones and reduced the defense stat of Archon clones.
Each type now sports a unique ability to enhance their threat level to compensate.
Viper Clones now have Lightning Reflexes.
Berserker Clones now have Untouchable.
Archon Clones now have Death from Above.
