Riverside water base 2.0

The starting base for the player. With a very well-fortified fence around the entire perimeter of the base.
The territory has everything you need to survive. You can build 3 entrances with gates at the required skill level - welder.
There are 2 well-protected houses for your base. Access to the river.

Riverside water base 2.0 would be a great addition to the following mods:

Aquatsar Yacht Club for MP disable anti-cheat type 12

Along the way you can visit my second map House of Cartel and stock up on firearms for your trek to the beautiful island of Kingsmouth!

A: Compatible with all mods, except mods that occupy the same cell on the map.

Q: Why is the mod called Riverside water base 2.0?
A: Because when I tried to upgrade to version 42, the mod simply disappeared from my workshop for reasons unknown to me. After that I immediately started making it again.

Q: Can I use your mod on my own server or mod build?
A: Of course you can.
