These two houses also stand next to each other in reality. With one being a tad too narrow for a CSL tile and the other a tad two wide, both together are just right for a two tile wide lot. Also, yes, the floor heights really are that much different.

Eine tolle Idee, Alt und Modern in einem Asset zu vereinen! Dieses Gebäude lässt sich auch super mit Feindbilds Ruhrpott-Häusern kombinieren. Auch von mir vielen Dank für dieses schöne Modell!

Really like this one, although I don't really think you need to abide to tile sizes. :steamthumbsup:
