Yes, I'm aware of the theoretical speed limit. I decided to keep it at 300 km/h since in practice, the train will be limited to this speed and will use tilting. If you really want, I could add a version with a higher speed.
Regarding the dining car, I don't think it's really necessary, considering it doesn't do anything in Nimby Rails. You can just pretend one of the cars is the diner:)

I don't draw them from scratch, but I do use Photoshop to edit the sprites and separate the livery from the base image.
I get the models from different sources: this Avelia Liberty is from Transport Fever 2, some other models I get online and edit and render in Blender. Sometimes I don't even have to render them myself, if a top-down render is provided by the author.
The thumbnails I designed myself, glad you liked it! I'm rather proud of how they turned out myself :)
