*insert General Granger* Commander! Who do you think you are? Just marching into the headquarters with an armed crew, egotistically taking command and daring to question my authority?! You are a traitor to the GDI and you will be punished for opposing me, do you hear me?! You will pay for this! *blanking out*

*repeated insertion* Commander, sir. We seem to have a big problem. The commander-in-chief of the GDI on the island, General Granger, has branded you a traitor. What's more, we found the other commanders at HQ lifeless, killed by GDI weapons. Sir, I don't know what's going on here, but something tells me that the General himself is the real traitor. Whatever. Sir, since the rest of the GDI can't be trusted right now, we'll have to split up. According to reports, there's an obelisk in a village in this area that... Let's say it works differently than we know it. It doesn't destroy units but shares its knowledge with you when you enter it. Sir, I recommend finding this obelisk of enlightenment and claiming its knowledge. To make matters worse, not only are the Soviets causing problems in this area, but an enemy GDI commander as well. You will have to take them both out if you want to get to the obelisk. Good luck sir.

-Destroy all units and buildings of both the Soviets and the GDI commander
-Enter the Obelisk of Enlightenment
