I have kept this since 2004, I believe it was originally created by [PFT] Bambi so all credits to them. Original text file text from author below:

This map is based in a city ;)
It has a river, not because it will look stupid...
AI isnt there, because it dont works well with mine...I will be pleased when
someone of you can make the AI for me, because I worked very hard on this map.

Waves, train and over 2000 Ojects are included in this map.
The room for build is enough, also when it dont looks so, and money is enough, too.
