Revert Most Rep+ Item Quality Changes

This mod reverts most of the item quality changes that came with Rep+.

I think everyone can agree that Mars doesn't deserve quality 0 AFTER its buffs, like, wtf? why?

Apparently Lil Portal (buffed in the same update btw), Spin to Win, Book of Secrets are never take items now?

A Halo, Lachryphagy and A WHITE PONY IS SOMEHOW BETTER than Knockout Drops, Ocular Rift, The Intruder ect?

ROCK BOTTOM IS SOMEHOW QUALITY 4??? WHO MADE THESE CHANGES?????

(I tried tweaking some of the items on this list like Cambion and Immaculate Conception giving more of their respective familiars, so both conceptions could get Lil Delirium and 7 Seals but Immaculate Conception could get Angelic Prism, Hallowed Ground and Paschal Candle. Guardian Angel and Sworn Protector both now giving Seraphim and Conjoined transformation at the same time ect.
But at one point I was just banging my head on a wall. One of them I couldn't figure out how to code and the other i didn't know how to show the Seraphim transformation on EID. So if you guys really want me to or if this mod gets popular enough i'll try to make those [and more] a reality to the best of my modding knowledge.)
