Sorry for broken skybox on 5 and 6 map. Unfortunately I can't fix it. If you know how to fix this problem please contact with me.

There IS a skybox changer addon here in the workshop. That could act as a stopgap until proper fixes are made.

By deactivating all the addons I had no issues loading the map. However is there a way to get the map to load with the addons I have installed?

@Perro Cejon try to delete some addons maybe that will work. These problems happening is because of big amount of l4d entities on maps

None of your maps work for me; I have downloaded several maps and when trying to load them they are all stuck at "Lua Started!". I have also tried reinstalling and L4D2 is correctly mounted.
