Hisan's replacement for the Temple. Provides +3 Faith.
+2 Culture per turn from Gold and Incense nearby.
+3 Tourism after reseaching Archaeology.
Costs more Production to build and doubles Gold plundered by any enemy who captures this city.
Requires a Statue of Somnambula in the city.
