Epiphora Buffer

描述
Epiphora is one of the least synergistic items in the game, so I thought it's time someone fixed it.

Epiphora now has 5 buffer frames (13 for Brimstone) where the tear multiplier doesn't go away, meaning you can take your finger off the fire button to use both chargable and tappable items, then quickly press the button again to keep your multiplier!

There's also Mod Config support, if you want to extend the buffer time!

I'm having a very strange error where when I'm in co-op and die, causing the ghost to appear, the game crashes. I don't have any online beta, just in case, I'll give the information. xd

@Vincent it should be, but Rep+ reworked how epiphora's tear buff works. i do have an older version of this mod intended for repentance, but it's not compatible with multiplayer
