No death on logout while uncon or restrained

This is a very simple mod that just turns of that players die when logging out restrained or unconcious.

The mechanics have a reason in official since there are no admins to regulate combatlogging. But in Community servers, admin enforce their combat rules.

Restarts thet would kill players or players that become uncon just a second before the log out would die will not be a thing anymore with this mod.
It is a very simple mod, so you are allowed to repack if you realy want to, there is no other way to mod this anyway.
