Demoman as Kai

Replaces Kai's voice lines with the Demoman from Team Fortress 2. Yes, there's already someone who had a mod like this, and with sprites to boot, but I didn't like some of the lines, so I changed them. As for the other inchanged lines, it's because the wiki doesn't have any proper designations for where they're for, so I can't figure out what lines to replace them with.
