What is this?

This is a simple mod that halves the deflecting value of the SPE AP and APCR found on the Panzer IV, Pak40, Panther, Jagdpanther, and Tiger while increasing the deflecting of the M10 shell used for the T-34-85. This was created in a response to increased complaints about high bouncing chances against the IFA3 T-34-85s found in my Spearhead 1944 - IFA3 SPE Tank Overhaul mod.

This only affects the ammo, so you can use it stand alone with just the Spearhead CDLC or you can use it with the other IFA3 SPE Tank Overhaul mod.

There will probably be another update in this week or next week after some more testing.
