Adds Scythia to the game as part of the Slava Ukraini Event!



Unique Trait: Royal Raiders beyond the Black Sea - Gain +1 Faith for every third Flatlands tile adjacent to your cities (first ring of tiles around the city). Melee Cavalry Units gain Unique Promotions at Level 2 and 4.

Level 2: +1 Movement and no costs at plundering.

Level 4: +1 Movement and Heavy Charge Ability

Unique Unit: Gorytos Archer - As Unique Chariot Archer its the only non Melee Cavalry Unit profiting from starting with the first Unique Trait Promotion and is generally stronger.

Unique Great Unit: Enaree - Replacement for the Great Prophet. When being expended for a Holy Site,* spawns a Hemp Luxury. Heals adjacent and stacked Units at its own Health Points cost. Additionally negates negative combat bonusses from Units regarding cities.
*For some reason Firaxis code only adds the Ressource one turn after the Unit spawned, so if you want to take this action dont use it up immediaty.
