Exactly what it says on the tin, Dr. Ted Cohrt, a more serious look intended to be used for Kleiner earlier on before being replaced. This only edits the model's head so it's reskin compatible

He's not perfect, his EP1 torso doesnt have a model and his neck's a bit off. But unfortunately i have zero modelling experience so I can't do anything about it :( If anyone out there has a fix for it, please let me know!
