The first Pizza Hut map on Garry's Mod by the looks of it.

Not the best map, but it has the basics. One of such is a pool.

Reminds me of the location we had in Crockett, TX when we moved in 2013. it shutdown around 2017 and a different pizza place took it's place until somewhere around 2021 or 22 the building was torn down. And then a Dominos spawned across the street.
