Attila's flags - the Vandals

Small skin mod that gives the Suebi the skin of the Vandals as planned in the upcoming Attila: Total War.
Test the sphere of raiding with the vandals now.

Not compatible with: all flag editing mods (for the Suebi) (Grudge's etc.) and mods that change certain faction variables (like the total of tribal elders) to the Suebi (others do work.)
