Extra tools for Rangers

Just some Edits. Requires Hostage Rescue Team, Rifle Squad and MARSOC to work. The mod takes the ressources from previous mods, and adds it to the normal Rangers and CIA operators.

U get 4 Undercover CIA dudes and 12 Black OPS CIA dudes.
