This is U.N.Navy's Semi-submersible Assault Landing ship SLV-111 Daedalus from The Robotech (Super Dimension Fortress Macross).
It is an operational ship of the Destroid series.

By connecting the destroid undercarriage conveyor to the rotor in each hatch, the destroid can be used as a turret capable of feeding ammunition.
Note that if multiple destroids of the same type are connected, the part names will be shared.
