It's honestly hard to tell because image quality of the razor train does tend to be rather poor but I think they're mainly referring to the razor like tip the train had back then if this is any indicator.

I believe that's what it was reconfigured to, in the old version of Nova Prospect or again what would probably later become Nova Prospect there was a Gunship depot there, in fact there should still be some concept art for the cut area still floating around along with videos of the prototype map for it.

And it would technically explain why Nova Prospect has two Gunships practically at the ready for when you get inside the outer walls.
That's what would become Nova Prospect later on, in fact the reason why in the beta it was referred to as a "depot" is because you would find Gunships being worked on inside of the facility.
