Situation
"Operation Apollo's Bow," began with textbook success. Delta Force Team Gunslinger apprehended TLF leader Jalil Ahmed-Jan without casualties and within the allotted timeframe. However, the situation deteriorated during exfiltration. Their MH-47E, operated by the 160th SOAR, was downed in the border zone between Takistan - where Ahmed-Jan was captured in Karichar- and Karzeghistan, their destination.

Contact with both the helicopter crew and Gunslinger has since been lost. Thermal signatures detected by satellite and UAV near the crash site suggest activity, though details remain uncertain. Delta Force Team Nomad has been dispatched to investigate, secure the location if required, and re-detain Jalil Ahmed-Jan should he have escaped amidst the chaos.


Mission
You’ve been tasked with investigating the crash since you’re the nearest SOF unit, embedded with Takistani tribes in the border region for weeks. Your mission is to quickly reach the crash site, neutralize any insurgents if necessary, stabilize any surviving Gunslinger team members, and report back to HQ with the situation. If required, you’ll also need to recapture Jalil Ahmed-Jan, assuming he’s alive and escaped from the site.

So yeah, this is a polished remaster of an older missions of mine and probably one of my fav settings in general. Including voices and new tasks. Enjoy, I guess

Good mission with enemies number balanced but at end of mission the helicopter dont landing.:steamsad:

I had to reload the save and do the fight again before it worked

The friendly heli at the end touched down for a split second then climbed and stayed hovering there indefinitely, so I couldn't actually end the mission
