When you install the mod loader it also adds a a tool to your Steam account called vtol vr mod uploader just download it run it and follow the shit

Hey dude, how'd you get the voice pack working on your personal setup with the Custom Sounds/Voices mod? I've got a custom pack I'm making, i've put it in like 4 different directories and nothing has worked so far.
