2-Mod GE 2-C+C-2 / Escandalosa / V8 Base Pack

Originally built between 1940 and 1948, the GE 2-C+C-2, also known as V8 or "Escandalosa" (Scandalous), was an electric locomotive inspired in the New Haven's EP-4 design and built for Brazil in 37 examples. The model started operating in Brazil in 1940 with the CPEF, later operating with the EFCB, the RFFSA and, finally, FEPASA, with the model ceasing operations with the RFFSA in 1982; it'd still operate for the FEPASA for longer but that only lasted until 1998, exactly 16 years, when the model was permanently retired along with the FEPASA's many other electric locomotives, also marking the end of the model's general operation in Brazilian rails. Out of all the 37 units built back in the 40s, only 10 preserved examples still exist today, with the remainder having been sent to be scrapped between 2003 and 2004. This pack aims to essentially give the game's V8 model an easier UV for livery making, along with porting it to the new system and giving it all the possible features able to be provided (3-part horn audio, bell audio, lights, etc.). Liveries and edits off of these are allowed, just give proper credit and mark this as required
