Нельзя: продавать.
Можно: упаковывать в свой модпак, модифицировать, улучшать и менять характеристики.
В 4_World, файле .С, параметр float scale = 1.3 устанавливает рост мутанта (устанавливаете нужный Вам рост)
В config.cpp, везде, где указано число 100000, установите своё число, указывающее уровень хп мутанта.
В ногах хп увеличино для того, что бы не ломались ноги у мутанта (меняете число 40000000 на нужное Вам)

You can: pack it into your modpack, modify, improve and change the characteristics.
In the 4_World file .C, the parameter float scale = 1.3 sets the height of the mutant (set the height you need)
In config.cpp wherever the number 100000 is specified, set your number indicating the hp level of the mutant.
HP is increased in the legs so that the mutant's legs do not break (change the number 40000000 to the one you need)

Do I need to purchase this to get adjustable health ? No matter normal spawn or pvz its only 100 health.

i unpack your pbo, i convert config.bin to config.cpp changed the 1000000 health level i go to dayz tools i go to addon builder i add files and then build. build fails.

Sledgies It's simple. You need to unpack, make a correction and pack it into your modpack with your own key.
