描述
The Serpent’s Hand comes to Arma!
They oppose the Global Occult Coalition and other organizations that destroy, imprison or exploit anomalies, believing the paranormal should be free.
Operating in small cells, using guerrilla tactics and unconventional methods to fight their enemies.

I decided to depict the Serpent’s Hand as a decentralized guerrilla force, not some high tech super soldiers like often seen.
Dressed in flannels, coats, and beanies, they rely more on mobility and secrecy while maintaining a distinct but low profile look.

also for UIU could we get some of the classic agents with the blue jackets, they also got robot agents, so like robots with the camera style heads with FBI jackets

GRU-P exists in remnants, of it, some pro government, some not, I would give them some Soviet style guns like PKMs and AKS-74s, or early Russian guns like the AK-74M or AN-94
