Vanilla Orange HEV Arms

Edits the HL2 HEV viewmodel to be orange while keeping the higher resolution and material edits GMod 13 brought to it.
You can also set your player colors to {221 148 70}, but this saves you the hassle of switching colors!

There was another version that accomplished the same goal by porting the HL2 textures directly, but it recently got taken down because of an author workshop purge.
Rather than directly replacing every file like they did, this only edits the viewmodel's VMT to make use of it's commented out $color2 parameter.
The only drawback is that it also includes the touch-ups the texture editor did, most notably the gloves being tinted [hence "Vanilla" in the title.]
