Maybe I did something wrong but I got this and the 500hp mod and for some reason using a medikit only restores up to 150hp. Is there any way I can fix this?

Do I need any specific way to install the mod, I installed with 500% hp first, then the 100% heal, and every time the med kit only heal 100 health instead of 500

yes it does, it heals 100% of your max HP no matter how much it is

i know but those mods are super useful. imagine tank running towards you while you have low health. you can use that mod and run away to the safe room
