Also patches the floors with the proper Cleaning Time Multiplier:
- Stone Floors now have an 80% multiplier (previously 100%), making pawns and mechs clean 20% faster.
- Metal Floors now have a 60% multiplier (previously 100%), making pawns and mechs clean 40% faster.

This change brings the modded floors more in line with the Core game floors.
