Speed Rebalance - Vanilla

I prefer a Kenshi world of scarcity, danger, and where possible a bit more realism. Yes, realism in a world of fish men and beak things.

For me using slower (a bit more realistic) run speeds for the playable races as well as some animals creates both a more dangerous world and one with less super speed hive drones zipping about. Also, something like a beak thing is huge and lumbering and not a sprinter; it still outpaces a Greenlander run speed though.
